Founder

Karina Antonopoulos

Karina Antonopoulos is the founder of The Center for Highly Sensitive People in the Hudson Valley of New York.Since fully owning she is a Highly Sensitive Person she embarked on a journey to find others like her. In 2013 she started her first HSP Meetup group in Fort Collins, Colorado and has been facilitating Meetup groups all over the US from Hawaii to San Diego to New York since then.Karina believes that community is one of the most important components of a HSP's ability to survive and thrive in the world. Knowing others are like you can help put your mind at ease that there is nothing fundamentally wrong with you - you simply operate differently than others.Karina is passionate about educating the public about what it really means to be a HSP and provide resources and support services to help HSPs feel more confident as a valued member of society. She helps people all over the world understand how to utilize their HSP trait as a strength instead of a burden, and encourages each person to be a leader in their own life.
